Aertex

In 1888 Lewis Haslam invented the innovative ‘Aertex’ fabric. The British Land Army wore ‘Aertex’ as part of their uniform in World War II. By the ’60’s Aertex had not only become a school sporting classic and was worn by some of the most iconic sporting legends of that time. The England world cup squad wore Aertex for the 1970 World Cup in Brazil including George Best and Pele. Aertex has helped generations to keep their cool.
