Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, most items purchased in-store can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund providing they meet all return requirements.

Online purchases incur fees from our payments providers at the time of purchase. If your items have not yet been sent and you cancel the purchase, the refund will be 2.9% + $0.30 less than the purchase price (these are non-refundable fees we will have already paid).

Conditions:

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery (as recorded by NZ Post).
  • Items must be returned in retail quality – unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. Products in sealed containers must be unopened.
  • Sale items may be returned for exchange or credit – no refunds for sale items.
  • If items are damaged or faulty, they may be returned for a Repair, Refund, Credit, or Exchange, at our discretion (but contact us first, a photo may be sufficient, returning may not be necessary).
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and a monetary refund cannot be issued in exchange for purchases made with a gift card.
  • If a refund is processed and you have benefited from our free shipping policy, the flat rate of $7.99 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Due to safe hygiene practices we can’t accept returns on Underwear or Socks.
  • All returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they have been received at One19.
  • Refunds for “Change of mind” or “Wrong size ordered” online purchases, will also incur a fee of 2.9% of the purchase price + $0.30 (these are non-refundable fees we will have already paid).
